I’m back in London after my week in Scotland working with The Cairngorm Reindeer Herd. It was an incredible week and I gained so much from doing something completely different and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. The people there are amazing and it was so brilliant to get some fresh air and reconnect with nature and wildlife on a daily basis. I won’t go into too much detail here. I am working on some more in-depth articles so keep your eyes peeled for those in the coming week or so.
Before I headed off on my adventure, I submitted my fourth assignment for my degree. I was a bit worried about it as part of it was to write a report and it’s been a loooooong time since I did anything like that but I gave it my best shot and thought, worse case scenario it will be a learning experience and I can do better on my next attempt.
However, I got my assignment back and I got 90% – which I was thrilled about!!! With every assignment, I am more and more sure that I am on to a good thing. It’s a journey that I am trying to find my way on, but I think that sooner or later I will hit the nail on the head and have the career that I want.
In the meantime, I am going to keep working hard on my degree, keep blogging and keep learning as much as I can.
Peace out, SWBC x
