Some days I roll out of bed, I splash my face with cool water, and I am ready to take on the day. Other days, that alarm goes off and I am groggy and grumpy and the very last thing I want to do is face the day.

You cannot be your best motivated self everyday.

I’m going to say that again.

You cannot be your best motivated self everyday.

And that’s ok!

Some days you need to give yourself a pep talk into the mirror, and sometimes even that seems impossible. This is when I turn to the wonder of the internet. Motivational videos are there at your fingertips, experts and enthusiasts are there ready and willing to say the words that will make you feel more human and able to see past your own flaws and tackle whatever lies ahead.

These 5 videos are just the tip of the iceberg of what you can find online but use them as a springboard.

Find a voice or a focus that suits you.

Find what works.

The important thing is that you don’t give up trying.

It’s ok if you snooze that alarm sometimes, it’s ok if you don’t have your best day, just keep trying and that is all anyone can ask of you.
